Our 7th & 8th graders are having a blast at their dance tonight!

We have good news to share! 🎉 Today, 8th grade students Lucy Lu, Jules Cherny, Hailey Kestranek, and Emilia Mikolic competed in the Ohio History Day Region 3 contest held at the Cleveland History Center. Emilia had an Individual Performance, while Lucy, Jules, and Hailey had Individual Exhibits. All projects revolved around this year’s National History Day theme of “Rights & Responsibilities in History.” Students spent the past 3 months working on these research projects as a collaborative assignment in Mrs. Vecchio’s ELA class and Mrs. Satola’s U.S. History class. Congratulations to Hailey for receiving Honorable Mention for her exhibit titled “The Secret Story of Books.” She will advance to the state level contest held at Capital University in Columbus on April 26th. Great job ladies! 👏💙💛
