Independence Middle School seventh graders are receiving a unique opportunity to learn about health-related careers and work through a partnership with the Cleveland Clinic.
This school year, through Connected Career Sessions, faculty at the Cleveland Clinic connect with students in a live Zoom session. In November and December, members of the Cleveland Clinic emergency services staff informed the students about their careers, as well as the steps they go through when dealing with an emergency and in the operating room. At the end of the sessions, students asked questions and received great feedback.
