Grace Malvic is a social graduate from Independence High School who is completing her second year in the Transition to Work (TTW) program at Cuyahoga Valley Career Center.

“I love TTW! My favorite job site is Chippewa Place. I have learned lots of job skills at CVCC.” - Grace Malvic

After graduation, Grace plans to continue working part-time and continue participating in a variety of social programming within the community.

“Grace is a thoughtful and kind young lady with a great sense of humor. She is very helpful and frequently volunteers to assist others. She has demonstrated significant growth in her two years at CVCC. Grace has gained confidence, developed good leadership skills, and has improved independent work skills and her endurance for difficult tasks. This growth has led to her obtaining part-time employment at Popeye’s Chicken where she is a valued employee.” -cLynn Vincent, TTW Program Instructor

Outside of academics, Grace is involved with dance, attends PALS Summer Camp, and is active in her church. One of her favorite activities is attending the “Night to Shine” dance each year. Grace loves music and knows the lyrics to a large array of popular songs from the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s.
