Watch the livestream of our Town Hall meeting. The community was invited to attend a Town Hall Meeting/Coffee & Conversation on Wednesday, October 11 at 6 p.m. in the Independence High School Media Center.
The evening started off with coffee and pastries. Superintendent Ben Hegedish and Treasurer Eric Koehler then provided a brief district overview and updated on programming and finances, followed by a Q&A from those in attendance along with questions submitted ahead of time. Assistant Superintendent Tom Dreiling and Director of Curriculum and Technology Mike Pennington also presented.
Upon conclusion of the event, Board of Education members were available to meet individually or in small groups for continued discussion.
