New Student Registration - 1st through 12th

Welcome to Registration!

All students new to the District (1st through Grade 12th) must be registered online prior to enrolling.  Persons interested in discussing Preschool Services should contact the Primary School at (216) 642-5870.

REGISTRATION - NEW STUDENTS Grades 1-12
STEP 1 - REGISTER
To register a student  CLICK HERE to create a new account.
  •  If you already have a child enrolled in Independence Schools, sign into your FinalForms account, choose "My Students" and click the "Add Student" button.
  • If you are using Final Forms for the first time, please CLICK HERE, for directions to help you register your new account.

STEP 2 - ATTEND REGISTRATION APPOINTMENT 
A Parent/Guardian must appear for the registration appointment. Registrations are by appointment only.  Please call Darlene Grams at 216-642-5850 ext 1102 to schedule your appointment.

  • Individual Education Plans (IEP), Evaluation Team Reports (ETR) and 504 Plans
  • Kindergarten through grade 3 Reading Improvement Plans (RIMP)
  • Gifted Education Written Education Plans (WEP) or Written Acceleration Plans (WAP)
