We truly have a great deal to be proud of here in Independence.”
“While I am very pleased, I am not surprised,” said Ben Hegedish, superintendent, Independence Local Schools. “We have some of the finest students, staff, and families. Academic excellence is part of our culture in Independence. We focus on rigorous instruction and authentic engagement—and the tests seem to take care of themselves. I’m so proud of our students and staff. And I’m thankful for our parents.”
