Students, families and friends may ride one of our Spirit Buses (school bus) to the game. Please reserve your seats with your building secretary. Buses will depart from IHS at 7:15am and should return after the game, around 5 or 6pm. Students should bring money for food.

Random Drug Test Policy Survey for IHS Students:
Students, our district is considering implementing a random drug testing program.  We have heard many voices from students, staff, parents and community members asking us to do something to help our students understand the potentially harmful consequences of substance abuse.  Drug abuse is a real issue affecting many young people in our city, county, state, and nation.
If enacted, a policy would:
• Apply to anyone who chooses to participate in sports, clubs, activities, and possibly even students who park at IHS during the school day.
• Be non-punitive and private for a first offense. If a student tests positive on a first offense, he or she would have the opportunity to get help via drug counseling and additional testing with no school penalty, no loss of playing time. Only the Principal, parents, and student would know about the offense. Multiple offenses would include a reduced or loss of participation.
• Be conducted by an outside, professional drug testing company.
